These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website rpdetailingnj.com and the services provided by Relentless Precision Detailing ("RPD", "we", "us", "our"), a mobile auto detailing business operating in Central New Jersey.

By using our website, submitting a quote request, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

RPD provides mobile and drop-off auto detailing services, including but not limited to: exterior washes, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, engine bay detailing, and headlight restoration. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed after vehicle inspection and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and scope of work. All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement of date, time, and service. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or prepayment requirement for future appointments.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit/debit cards. Invoices are sent via text or email after service completion.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in via our website contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Relentless Precision Detailing. These messages may include:

  • Quote details and pricing information
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Job completion notifications
  • Follow-up messages regarding your service
  • Promotional offers and seasonal specials (if opted in)

Message frequency varies. You may receive between 1 and 10 messages per month depending on your service activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply.

Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services. You may contact us by phone or email instead.

We do not charge any additional fees for SMS messaging beyond your carrier's standard rates.

7. Limitation of Liability

RPD takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or mechanical issues. Any concerns must be raised before service begins. RPD's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Relentless Precision Detailing and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
